Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Any quotation received from Total ICT Services limited is a proposal for discussion purposes only and does not represent either an offer or a commitment of any kind on the part of Total ICT Services Limited until accepted in writing and confirmed by Total ICT Services Limited.

All prices are excluding VAT.

Payment terms are 30 days unless otherwise stated for services and hardware.

Items classed as consumable are not covered by our standard Maintenance contracts.

For customers that have a good payment record (regularly pay within 30 days), we offer the following payment terms on product sales:

On all product orders totalling over €5,000, 50% of the payment is due in advance of Total ICT Services Limited placing the order. The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of invoice.
On product orders totalling under €5,000, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

All hardware sales are invoiced on delivery either to the customer location or our storage location. If the sale includes solutions or services attached, these will be invoiced upon completion.

All quote’s are valid for a maximum of 14 days from date of issue.

Total ICT Services Limited reserves the right to amend pricing, delivery dates, or availability, or to cancel any order, including after receipt of a purchase order, where such changes arise due to supplier price increases, tariffs, currency fluctuations, supply shortages, discontinuation, pricing errors, or any other factors beyond the reasonable control of Total ICT Services Limited. Customer will be notified of any such changes.

All products and services supplied are subject to the applicable manufacturer or supplier terms and conditions, including warranty, licensing, and support terms. These terms shall apply in addition to and take precedence over any conflicting terms in customer purchase orders or other documentation.

Total ICT Services Limited’s liability arising from any quotation, order, or supply shall be limited to the value of the products or services supplied. Total ICT Services Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.
