Service Desk Analyst – Dublin (Dundrum)

ICT Services are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst, working on one of our customer sites in Dublin South. You will be working for a leading global technology company that offers a complete portfolio of industrial technology products across industries.

Position description

ICT Services is currently seeking a Service Desk Agent. This is an excellent entry-level position with strong potential for growth.

This role is required by our customer, a leading European company that delivers top-tier cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dundrum, Dublin. It is a daily-rate contract position for an initial 6-month term with extension.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about IT services
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong Customer Service skills or Communications skills.
  • IT qualifications — CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Network +/ MD100/ MS900, or any other relevant IT certification.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with an ability and aptitude to learn, develop and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 remote and desk side support services to end users.
  • Troubleshoot PC-related problems either via phone, remote tools or desk-side support.
  • Complete incidents and requests with SLA in pressurised environment.
  • Provide remote IT Support to users, supporting a windows and office 365 environment.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated service group or client help desk.
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment.
