Sales Lead – MSP

About the role

ICT Services is a growing Irish managed service provider, delivering full-stack managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity services to SME and mid-market clients. We’re hiring an experienced MSP sales hunter to build our new business function from scratch — no inherited book, no warm pipeline. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed contract, plus early-stage account administration once a deal closes.

What you’ll sell: managed IT support, infrastructure & network management, Microsoft 365/Azure cloud services, backup & DR, security (SOC, EDR, vulnerability scanning, pen testing), and professional services/project work — a full-stack offering, not a single product line.

The role

  • Drive outbound new business and manage your pipeline end-to-end, from first contact to signed contract
  • Scope inbound enquiries and build well-structured managed services proposals
  • Position our full offering to prospects alongside our technical and delivery teams
  • Own early account administration and billing as new clients onboard
  • Help shape our sales process as the function grows

Requirements

  • MSP-only, non-negotiable: proven sales experience selling as an MSP — not to MSPs, and not in delivery or account management
  • Genuine hunter track record — cold outbound, pipeline built from scratch, net-new logos closed
  • Proven new-business quota performance, with recurring (MRR) deal experience
  • Comfortable owning account admin/billing alongside sales
  • PSA/CRM fluent (ConnectWise, Autotask, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-starter, thrives with full autonomy

Desirable

  • Established Irish MSP background
  • Cybersecurity/compliance-driven sales experience (e.g. NIS2)
  • Familiarity with RMM tooling (NinjaOne, etc.) and Microsoft 365/Azure
