Power Platform Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Specialist to design and develop solutions that solve real business challenges. Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment, mentor junior developers, and maintain clear documentation. Some out-of-hours availability will be required for go-lives and critical incidents.

What you’ll do

  • Design and develop Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and wider Power Platform solutions
  • Support and mentor junior developers
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Teams)
  • Strong experience with Dataverse, APIs, and Azure integrations
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, access controls, and governance policies
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC and Power App development best practices
  • Experience in business systems analysis and stakeholder communication at all levels
  • Copilot Studio experience is a bonus
  • A genuine passion for technology and continuous improvement
