ICT Services is hiring a Front Office Administrator to work 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) onsite with a Global IT company in Dublin 16, with remote support responsibility for our Cork office. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including maintenance, supplies, equipment and vendor coordination.
- Oversee new starter onboarding — inductions, mandatory training, logins and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/Global standards across Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Security.
- Manage IT asset inventory, purchase orders and office supplies.
- Participate in event planning and develop processes that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data within your scope.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to analyse and present data clearly.
- Proactive team player, comfortable working at all levels of the business.
- Solutions-focused with the ability to streamline processes and share knowledge effectively.
- Excellent documentation skills.
