We’re a growing Irish MSP looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager in Dublin to own our managed services pipeline. Service delivery is covered, this role is about winning new business and growing existing accounts.
The role
- Own and grow the managed services new business pipeline
- Develop and expand existing customer accounts
- Scope opportunities, build proposals, and coordinate with the technical team
- Manage account relationships, billing, and commercial reporting
- Report pipeline and performance directly to the Technical Director
What you need
- Proven MSP or IT services sales / business development background
- Technically literate: able to scope engagements and hold your own in detailed conversations
- Commercially sharp: you understand margin and what makes a deal worth winning
- Confident working at director and C-level
- Knowledge of the Irish ICT market and its players
- A self-starter who doesn’t need to be told what to do next
Nice to have
- Existing relationships within the Irish SME or mid-market buyer community
- Familiarity with RMM / PSA platforms (Kaseya, ConnectWise, Autotask)
- Experience in a growing MSP where you wore multiple hats
