Deskside Support Engineer – Dublin

ICT Services are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer, working on one of our customer sites in Limerick. This is a full-time position working onsite with our customer.

  •  Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Microsoft OS (Windows 10/11)
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft M365
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Android/iOS/ Mac OS support
  • Communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Team collaboration

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls/emails/tickets from end users
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues remotely
  • Password resets and account unlocks (Active Directory, etc.)
  • Logging and escalating unresolved issues
  • Imaging and re-imaging PCs/laptops
  • Mobile device configuration and support
  • User onboarding and offboarding (accounts, access, hardware)
