AV Support Technician – Limerick 

ICT Services are looking for an experienced Deskside Support Engineer to join our ever growing team.

A Level 1 support role providing hands-on AV and video conferencing assistance across a range of meeting spaces, including huddle rooms, MTR rooms, training rooms, and collaboration spaces equipped with technologies such as Extron, Logitech Rally Plus, Poly G7500, ClickShare, Surface Hub, and digital signage.

Responsibilities

  • End-user AV support and event setup
  • Routine preventive maintenance and Tier 1 troubleshooting
  • IMAC, legacy system support, and minor project work
  • Service ticket management and SLA adherence
  • Flexible scheduling to meet business needs

Required Skills

  • Hands-on MTR experience and familiarity with Extron control systems
  • Knowledge of VC hardware (Logitech, Poly, AVer, Huddly, Polycom) and DSP audio
  • Basic AV troubleshooting and fault isolation
  • Strong customer-facing communication
  • Experience with AV/IT ticketing systems

Desirable

  • AV/IT certifications (Extron, AVIXA CTS, CompTIA)
  • Corporate or pharma/life sciences background
  • Microsoft 365 and Neat Pad familiarity
