Role Summary

This role has become about due to expansion of our onsite logistic team. We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual who can work as part of a team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Allocating stock to correct location using a WMS
  • Pre-planning schedule for optimising warehouse inventory and allowing for seasonal peak increases
  • Prioritise Goods In / Out to maximum efficiency and operational deadlines
  • Use of mechanical lifting equipment such as Forklifts & VNA Turret Trucks
  • To act as client liaison by conducting weekly stock checks and out turn reports
  • Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and safe at all times of operation
  • Record & monitor of KPIs specific to warehousing and engage with Management

Requirements of the role:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Must have a proactive & flexible attitude towards work
  • Current Forklift operator’s licence (Reach, Counterbalance, VNA)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills with a high command of English Language both verbal & written is essential
  • Strong analytical & IT skills
  • Problem solving with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work as part of a team but be equally capable of working on your own initiative
  • Comprehensive understanding of H&S procedures.
  • Ability to implement processes & procedures
  • Current Manual Handling Certificate
