Role Summary

This person will work in conjunction with the Senior Management Team and report to the TRM.

A  Account executive will have good business awareness, be highly motivated and have a real understanding of their impact on the operation and profitability of the company. They will maintain high levels of productivity and proactively assist in the achievement of all ICT targets;.  Role holders require a sound knowledge of the service delivery activities and their impact on overall end-to-end service level agreements. They are an escalation point for our Major client base and should act as a “point of contact” for escalation

 Key Accountabilities

  • Manage service levels on dedicated accounts and small projects
  • Schedule and implement installation work on Key accounts.
  • Oversee and if needed schedule and implement all packaged installation work
  • Verify and check schedule with our support desk on a day to day biases
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers to help clarify installations SKUs and commitments
  • Manage ongoing projects
  • Manage and maintain spare parts sourcing and audits
  • Quote customers when required
  • Manage assigned Small rollouts and assist in larger rollouts when required.
  • Ability to work under own initiative

Performance Measures

  • Projects delivered to agreed quality and timescales.
  • Meets agreed levels of productivity. .
  • Meets requirements and customer needs.
  • Feedback from customers.
